IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Stevie Awards announced Accurate Background won the Silver in their 12th annual awards program for Customer Service Department of the Year. The Stevie Awards highlights and ranks companies globally for their outstanding customer service, sales or product contributions in a variety of industries.
Ranking in each category included two rounds of judging. The first round included judges on a specially formed panel to identify leaders in the nominees’ respective categories. The second round of judging consisted of voting by the public. Bronze, Silver and Gold Stevies were awarded based upon the highest number of votes received in their industry.
The Stevie Award comes to Accurate Background following a strong year of growth in 2017. Accurate Background’s Client Services team doubled in size, resulting in the expansion of the company’s headquarters in Irvine.
