People’s Bank Declares 5% Stock Dividend

MEDFORD, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of People's Bank of Commerce (OTCBB:PBCO) announced today a five percent (5%) stock dividend payable to all shareholders of record April 27, 2018, payable on or about May 31, 2018. Ken Trautman, President and CEO stated that, “the Board of Directors is delighted to provide this dividend to our shareholders in light of the 35% increase in pretax income in 2017 compared to 2016.” No fractional shares will be issued and cash will be paid in lieu of fractional shares.
