PHILADELPHIA--()--Philadelphia football fans can continue celebrating the big win at SugarHouse Casino with veteran Eagles long snapper Jon Dorenbos. After a sellout of his initial show, the NFL’s “magic man” has added a second performance on Thursday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the additional show, “An Evening with Jon Dorenbos,” can be purchased beginning Friday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m., and cost from $45 to $65.

“Philly fans made Jon Dorenbos’ tickets disappear, so we added a second show,” said Wendy Hamilton, general manager of SugarHouse Casino, after the initial March 16 show sold out. “We’re honored to have this talented former Eagle perform two nights in a row at SugarHouse, especially during this magical time in Philadelphia's history!”

In the fall of 2016, Dorenbos astounded the judges of “America’s Got Talent” with his combination of magic and uplifting stories stemming from his difficult childhood. His unique performances earned him a spot in the finals and a third place finish in the competition among tens of thousands of contestants.

Practicing illusions since the age of 12, Dorenbos is a master magician who incorporates comedy and the love of football into his performances. Audiences experience a deeply personal and engaging show and discover the magic that has shaped Dorenbos’ life. From struggles turned into successes to lighthearted stories from the locker room when he was an Eagles player, Dorenbos delivers a night filled with fun, yet insightful storytelling.

Aside from his time on “America’s Got Talent,” Dorenbos played in the NFL for 14 years, 11 of which were with the Philadelphia Eagles. He retired in 2017 after major open-heart surgery but continues his legacy as the host of “Inside the Eagles,” for which he won Emmy Awards in 2008 and 2015.

Tickets for Dorenbos’ show and for all SugarHouse performances, including The Revolution (March 9), Buddy Guy (April 20), Night Ranger (April 27), Cheech and Chong (May 5) and Vic DiBitetto (June 2) can be purchased on the SugarHouse Casino headliner events page.

In addition to live performances and concerts, the SugarHouse Casino Event Center can be reserved for a variety of occasions, including weddings, corporate receptions, seminars, trade shows and more. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Delaware River waterfront and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Parking is always free.
