American Lending Center Officials Lead Discussions on EB-5 Financing at 2018 EB-5 and Global Investment Immigration Convention

ALC leadership speaks on issue expert panels and sponsors financing workshop

LAS VEGAS--()--American Lending Center (ALC) this Friday and Saturday presented at the 2018 EB-5 and Global Investment Immigration Convention as the Financing Workshop and Bag sponsor, highlighting the company’s unique investment approach through government backed loan programs in the EB-5 industry.

The 2018 EB-5 & Global Investment Immigration Convention brings together EB-5 stakeholders from across the field for in-depth panel discussions on issues and opportunities in the EB-5 market, with a focus on developing global network for EB-5 professionals. This year’s program also featured several investors speaking at Saturday’s reception about their “American Dream,” including one investor who shared the success story of her family’s journey and their beneficial partnership with ALC throughout.

“ALC has a 100% success rate over all of its projects across 17 states since 2010. The senior loan approach our company takes, through either the Small Business Administration 504 program or other government sponsored loan programs, fits the needs of the EB-5 investors better than any other structural financing options,” stated ALC CEO John Shen, speaking on a panel entitled Developing a flexible capital stack for the current EB-5 market.

Bruce Thompson, ALC President and former Region IX Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, added “we are honored to have supported EB-5 & Global Investment Immigration Convention as the financing workshop sponsor. I am both thrilled and grateful to the global EB-5 community for the chance to share our company’s advancements in the EB-5 industry and why ALC is so successful.”

ALC is a leading innovator in EB-5 lending, providing over 200 million dollars to American projects and funding 67 Small Business Administration 504 projects as of the end of December 2017 with their parent company RCH.
