Ms. Rifkin, who began her career with Robbins Arroyo LLP after graduating from law school, litigates shareholder derivative, consumer, and antitrust matters, winning substantial monetary recoveries and negotiating extensive corporate governance reforms at the companies in which her clients invest. Ms. Rifkin also leads the firm's settlement team, ensuring shareholder and court approval of settlements. Ms. Rifkin has been recognized by her peers and legal press winning acknowledgments by the Daily Transcript and receiving Super Lawyer Rising Star designations.
Ms. Dixon, who has been with the firm since 2012, has over twenty years litigation experience, with more than fifteen years devoted to prosecuting and defending shareholder derivative matters and securities class actions. Ms. Dixon also has substantial employment and complex business litigation experience. Most recently, Ms. Dixon has successfully challenged corporate governance and processes surrounding director compensation, and has helped clients recover excessive fees charged by mutual fund advisors. For her work, Ms. Dixon was acknowledged as the Best of the Bar by San Diego Business Journal. She currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, San Diego.
