Embrace Home Loans Appoints Jeff Cordeiro to Grow Assisted Correspondent Program

MIDDLETOWN, R.I.--()--Embrace Home Loans, a prominent leader in the mortgage industry, announced today that company veteran and vice president Jeff Cordeiro has been appointed as the national lender’s Correspondent Sales Executive. In this expanded role, Cordeiro will be responsible for growing Embrace’s Assisted Correspondent program that provides mortgage operational support services to banks and credit unions looking to solve for their fulfillment needs.

Embrace’s Assisted Correspondent program serves banks and credit unions looking to enhance their mortgage operational efficiencies and improve the experience for both customers and loan officers. A private label solution customized by Embrace for financial institutions, the Assisted Correspondent program is designed so that the originating institution maintains control over the client relationship while gaining full access to Embrace’s processing speed, technology and secondary market pricing.

“I look forward to working with institutions to help solve their mortgage operational support needs,” said Cordeiro. “Embrace has developed a reputation of commitment to building customized third party solutions that create process efficiencies so banks and credit unions can focus on their salesforce and business development strategies.”

Embrace’s program has been successful in improving efficiencies, reducing risk and controlling costs while improving the bank customer’s experience. Banks receive Embrace’s best in process, people and pricing. As a result, banks partnering with Embrace have materially improved their loan officers’ market competitiveness and the institution’s regulatory reviews.

“The success of, and feedback from, our bank clients on these customized solutions has been tremendous,” said Kurt Noyce, president of Embrace Home Loans. “No one is better than Jeff in understanding the challenges financial institutions face today in the mortgage space, and how Embrace’s capabilities and culture can best serve them. No one is better than Jeff in representing our team’s values and vision.”
