(“Pershing Square”), announced that Egan-Jones Proxy Services (“Egan-Jones”), an independent proxy advisory firm, recommends that ADP (NASDAQ: ADP) shareholders vote FOR Pershing Square’s three nominees on the GOLD proxy card at ADP’s annual meeting on November 7, 2017.
In recommending Pershing Square’s nominees on the GOLD proxy card, Egan-Jones noted:
