BOSTON--()--DHL Global Forwarding, the air and ocean freight specialist within Deutsche Post DHL Group, announced it is solidifying its presence in Boston, Massachusetts in order to satisfy the needs of local customers who require Air Freight, Charter services, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehouse & Distribution and Domestic Air & Road Services. The Boston station forms part of DHL’s strategic plan to grow its supply chain services in key cities across the U.S.

INCOTERMS are pre-defined commercial terms and rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce for the delivery of goods under sales contracts for domestic and international trade.

DHL Global Forwarding’s Boston station employs 40 employees and is located only 17 miles from the Boston Logan International Airport and 18 miles from the Port of Boston. To date, DHL has solidified its presence in 15 cities across the U.S., with plans to have 36 U.S. stations by the end of 2017.
