HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company that delivers an integrated transaction management and marketplace solution, today announced the next step in its international expansion through a joint venture with Nomadstar, a leading South Korean mobile app development company. Leading South Korean CRE market participants are helping to organize, fund and promote the JV.
The JV will deliver RealNex’s cloud-based software, including the RealNex Suite, inclusive of CORE (CRM and transaction management), MarketEdge (financial analysis, reporting solution and deal rooms), and MarketPlace, an online property listing and marketing platform. The RealNex Mobile App and RealNex’s VR products will also be part of the offering.
The JV addresses the market’s desire for a solution that brings consistent practices and transparency and connects South Korea to the global market.
