Q-Flow's latest version now adds managed video interactions to multi-channel patient journeys

LONDON--()--Q-nomy, a leading global provider of patient journey and throughput optimization solutions, today announced it will unveil its newest addition to the Q-Flow version 6 platform - Q-Flow Video Interaction Manager, an application for performing video interactions in omni channel patient journeys and care paths. Q-Flow Video Interaction Manager will be introduced at the UK e-Health Week event held in London at the beginning of May.

Q-Flow Video Interaction Manager enables secured, high-definition video interactions to be conducted as part of the multi-channel patient journey and clinic throughput. Caregivers can initiate or answer a video call with patients from their service console like any other call or visit, thus seamlessly going through their workflow without adding additional interfaces.
