The program, provided through a partnership between the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and Harbour Results, Inc., assists metal forming businesses in increasing their competitiveness and profitability. SAP is a two-day assessment conducted by manufacturing and strategy experts at Harbour Results, who bring extensive expertise in metal forming industry best practices. The consultants work with metal stamping firms to identify areas of opportunity, provide recommendations, and propose a roadmap for implementing improvements. The SAP assessment normally costs $7,500. However, through IQMS’s sponsorship, it is available to PMA members for one-third less at $5,000, enabling many more manufacturers to take advantage of the assessment.
