AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Following another year of more than 20% growth in year over year sales, SafeGuard World International (SafeGuard World), a leading provider of global payroll and employer of record services, announced the additions of Ryan Schooler and Andy Hart to its senior executive team to support the next phase of the company’s growth.
Ryan Schooler, who joins SafeGuard World as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), brings 20 years of financial knowledge and experience to SafeGuard World. Mr. Schooler most recently served as CFO of Fox Service Company, a business and consumer services provider. Previously he held senior executive positions, including CFO of Alchemy Systems, Austin Capital Management, and Jardine Foods. Mr. Schooler’s experience developing and implementing initiatives that drive increased profitability will support the company’s aggressive growth projections for the coming years.
SafeGuard World will leverage former CFO Tony Lloyd’s international finance acumen and experience to continue the strategic development of Asia-Pacific markets. Mr. Lloyd has been instrumental to the company’s investment and expansion strategies for the last six years.
Andy Hart is joining the company as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Hart comes to the company with more than 20 years of experience in software development and information technology strategy. Most recently at Zenoss, he helped the company establish and maintain a reputation as a market leader in cloud monitoring solutions. Mr. Hart has also held positions at other multinational organizations, including Global Knowledge, NEO Systems, Broadband Technologies, Fujitsu, and Radian Corporation. Mr. Hart will support the continuous improvement of SafeGuard World’s award-winning Unity® platform and various technology solutions.
