NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lazard Ltd (NYSE:LAZ) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to declare a special dividend of $1.20 per share, and a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, on its outstanding Class A common stock. The dividends are payable on February 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2017.
