OWINGS MILLS, Md.--()--Restore Rehabilitation, a medical and vocational case management company focused on reducing the cost of workers’ compensation claims, recently added a clinical quality expert to its leadership team.

As the dynamics of the injured employee, the workplace and the medical community continue to evolve, Restore recognizes the need to develop strategies to ensure the highest quality cost containment strategies. Therefore, Restore has hired Andrea (Andee) Maloney, RN, CCM, to serve as its quality and performance manager. Restore Rehabilitation President and CEO Pam Anthony said, “Andee has the right experience and the right credentials to lead our team’s effort to consistently refine quality clinical solutions. After all, our continued success is predicated on our quality reputation that must be proven daily.”

Quality crosses all facets of a business and the ability to harness consistency across multiple departments is essential to ensure the steady, mature growth Restore has realized. “For more than 10 years, Restore has focused its case managers on operating with a sense of urgency to set ourselves apart and reduce disability durations, and now we will challenge Andee with refining and reinforcing our best practices to lead us well into the future,” Anthony added.

Telephonic and field case managers evaluate injured employees’ treatment plans to assist them in navigating the complicated workers’ compensation process. They help identify high quality medical providers and potential return to work hurdles, while helping injured employees achieve maximum medical improvement and full return-to-work status as safely and as quickly as possible.
