Axio Appoints Pamela Curtis and Lisa Young to Management Team

Experienced Cyber Risk Management Professionals Help Accelerate Growth

Both executives have unparalleled expertise related to the design and implementation of cyber risk management maturity methodologies, and join Axio from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

Curtis was previously a Senior Engineer at the Software Engineering Institute and member of the Cyber Risk and Resilience Management Team in the SEI’s CERT Division. She was a contributing author to the CERT Resilience Management Model (CERT-RMM), is a certified lead appraiser for that model, and contributed to the US Department of Energy’s Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2).

Young was previously a Senior Engineer at CERT in the Software Engineering Institute and was a contributing developer of CERT-RMM. She teaches at the CIO and CISO Institutes for the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), where she authors a frequent column for the @ISACA online magazine, and is a frequent contributor to and speaker at industry events.
