MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Are you Ready® to find out which toilet topped them all to claim the title of Canada’s Best Restroom? After nearly 43,000 votes poured in, Cintas Canada, Ltd. today declared the Whitecourt Esso Super Station in Whitecourt, AB the 2016 Canada’s Best Restroom. Whitecourt captured nearly 90 percent of the vote and will receive $2,500 in Cintas products and services.

Recently opened in July 2015, the restrooms at the Whitecourt Esso Super Station feature decorative lighting and wall tiles paired with sleek countertops, making it easy to forget that you’re in a gas station washroom.

The 2016 finalists were selected based on cleanliness, visual appeal, innovation, functionality and unique design elements. Thousands of votes were cast online starting September 20th through October 24th, which produced the following results:
