CEdMA Honors Kronos as Leader in Educational Services with 2016 Impact Award

BABSON PARK, Mass.--()--The Computer Education Management Association (CEdMA), the premier professional networking organization for training executives, managers, and professionals in technology companies, today announced that Kronos Incorporated is the recipient of the 2016 Impact Award for its rapid delivery of high quality educational services for the launch of Kronos Workforce Central 8. The Impact Award is presented annually to a member organization for contributing a measurable difference, both at its own company and with its customers, through training and education. This award was presented at our Spring Conference and Kronos will showcase its innovative approach to delivering instructor-led courseware during the annual CEdMA Fall Conference this week.

For the launch of Workforce Central 8, Kronos focused on innovating the design and development of instructor-led courses in order to deliver courseware to customers, especially early adopters, even faster. This enhanced approach allowed the Kronos Educational Services team to build on an already successful program by providing courseware up to 63 percent sooner when compared to prior product launches. The high quality of the courseware was also recognized by customers, with customer satisfaction consistently scoring above 9.0.

“As a global provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions, Kronos is focused on driving innovation across all areas of the organization, including our exceptional Educational Services team,” said Chris Todd, senior vice president of operations and chief services officer, Kronos. “By empowering our teams to think differently about the delivery of courses that customers need most for each release, Kronos is able to accelerate the availability of the most important materials. This ensures everyone – particularly early adopters – has the knowledge and support required for a successful Workforce Central 8 rollout that delivers smart value fast.”

Pat Durante, President of CEdMA commented, “The Kronos Educational Services team has demonstrated that training can have a significant impact on customer adoption of software which clearly extends the value of the training organization well beyond the realm of traditional metrics. By developing strategies that accelerate the delivery of high quality courseware, Kronos truly ensures that customers can maximize the value of Kronos products. Training leaders can learn from their example – by driving initiatives that have an impact on company and customer success – not just training success. On behalf of CEdMA, congratulations on receiving the 2016 Impact Award.”

Workforce Central 8 is the most rapidly adopted product in Kronos company history. Kronos will showcase its innovative approach to delivering instructor-led courseware during the annual CEdMA Fall Conference this week.
