California Bank of Commerce Hires SBA Banker

LAFAYETTE, Calif.--()--California Bank of Commerce (OTCQX: CABC) a San Francisco Bay Area business bank, today announced that Senior Vice President Kris Chandrasekar has recently joined the Bank’s Small Business Administration Lending Division (“SBA”).

California Bank of Commerce recently received the highest bank designation granted by the SBA, reserved for top tier bank lenders, of the Preferred Lenders Program. This Program grants the Bank delegated lending authority allowing expedited loan approvals.

Mr. Chandrasekar is a seasoned portfolio manager with over thirty years of experience in lending and credit administration as well as a specialization in Government-Guaranteed facilities. He is well versed in all aspects of SBA lending. “As we build our SBA team we are focused on serving the privately owned and operated business community throughout the Bay Area,” said Senior Vice President and Manager of the Bank’s SBA Lending Division Winston Bandong.

Mr. Chandrasekar has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent the last seventeen years with Heritage Bank of Commerce where he was a Credit Manager in the business lending division and worked at Sumitomo Bank in a similar capacity prior to that. “Growing a solid portfolio of loans is an exciting endeavor.
