HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Marc Baca has joined the firm as a member of its Industrial and Energy and Natural Resources Practices, with a specialization in Utilities. Based in Houston, Marc will be responsible for conducting C-suite executive and board searches for both public and private clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a senior vice president at Advisian, the independent advisory arm of WorleyParsons, where he led business development in the E&P, LNG and power sectors in the United States. Prior to that, Marc spent 14 years at ExxonMobil, having held executive-level positions and assignments in Houston, Qatar and Angola. He began his career in the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine officer onboard the USS Boston fast attack submarine.
Marc holds a B.S. in control systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in engineering management from The George Washington University. Marc is a certified nuclear engineer.
