TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pilgrim Quality Solutions (Pilgrim), a leading global provider of enterprise quality management software and services for the Life Sciences, announces that Liz Corey has joined the firm as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Corey was recently nominated as a finalist for HR Consultant of the Year by HR Tampa and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Ms. Corey brings to Pilgrim more than 20 years of experience and expertise in leading human resources for both small and large organizations. She most recently served as Senior Human Resources Director & Global Talent Acquisition Leader with Masonite International, a $2B publicly traded organization. In that role she was responsible for organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, and competency-based learning systems. Corey began her career with PwC, where she served for more than 13 years in human resource roles, followed by leadership roles with both Global Imaging Systems and Harris Corporation.

Corey is a graduate of the West Chester University of Pennsylvania from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and minors in Organizational Psychology and Computer Science. She also holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
