LeaseHawk Enhances the Apartment Leasing Experience with ACE, Industry’s First Intelligent Assistant Technology

Company will showcase the interactive conversational solution at the 2016 National Apartment Association Conference in San Francisco

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--LeaseHawk, a leader in multifamily real estate technology solutions, today announced the availability of ACE (Answer Calls Every time), the multifamily industry’s first conversational assistant that answers inbound calls with a personalized, human-like experience. The technology will be on display this week (Booth 1409) at the 2016 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in San Francisco on June 15-18.

“The LeaseHawk platform processes over 1 million calls a month in leasing opportunities for our customers. We found the average apartment property misses almost half of their calls, and today’s renter will not call back or leave a voicemail if their call isn’t answered the first time,” said Mike Mueller, CEO of LeaseHawk. “LeaseHawk is answering these challenges with ACE, enabling callers to take control of the conversation and giving apartment management companies a cost-effective and more reliable alternative to call centers.”

LeaseHawk built ACE during a period of wide-scale automation in the multifamily industry to provide a greater and more intuitive customer experience. When an apartment community’s leasing staff is unavailable, ACE can interact with callers in English or Spanish, answer questions customized to the property, set appointments and collect guest-card information.

“In just one month, we saw immediate results. ACE handled almost 700 calls from potential renters, set more than 140 appointments and collected over 70 guest cards,” said Chris Beckwith, Vice President of Marketing for The Franklin Johnston Group (TFJG). “As we look to develop and manage the future of apartment home living, LeaseHawk’s ACE will enable TFJG to elevate our customer engagement, enhance our response time, and ultimately, create exceptional and vibrant communities.”

Renters are increasingly using self-service channels to conduct their entire apartment search without interacting with a person. In fact, Gartner research predicts that customers will handle 85% of their relationships with a company without interacting with another human by the year 2020. Intelligent assistant technology is already prevalent in many industries including hotels, airlines and retail, and will drive the future of apartment hunting by creating a self-service model that is responsive and consistent.
