MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KJ International Resources (KJI) announced today that it has been acquired by United Language Group, a Minneapolis-based global organization. KJI is strategically important to ULG’s growing portfolio of language solutions providers specializing in regulated industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device companies, and other organizations.
ULG was formed in 2015 by industry veterans Jeff Brink, Hans Fenstermacher, and Greg Brink, later joined by CFO Karrie Willis, as a platform company to assemble a family of complementary companies, with a goal of becoming one of the largest language-service providers in the world. ULG is dedicated to building and managing a portfolio of high-performing language service providers, including KJI.
