PARIS--()--Tinyclues, today announced that seasoned software marketer Caroline Tailleferd has joined the business as VP Marketing to grow the company’s leadership team.

Prior to joining Tinyclues, Caroline Tailleferd was at SAP and occupied the extensively-titled role of “Marketing Head of Analytics, Big Data and Internet of Things, EMEA”. During her time with SAP, she orchestrated 12 market units across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa and represented EMEA to the global marketing teams for the themes of Big Data, analytics and Internet of Things.

Before that she was with the predictive analytics software vendor KXEN for nine years, until it was successfully acquired by SAP. During this time Tailleferd was responsible for marketing and communications across EMEA and co-led strategic global initiatives. She contributed to double-digit annual growth on cloud and on-premise product lines.

Described by Wired as one of the top 10 “Hottest Startups in Paris” and one of the top 100 “Hottest Startups in Europe”, Tinyclues is reinventing predictive marketing and is a leading contender in the targeting and customer retention fields. Its sights are now firmly set on global markets.

While Tailleferd’s new job title may now be much shorter, her remit at Tinyclues is expansive. She is now leading the company’s product marketing, marketing communications, and the global go-to-market strategy that will take the company’s growth into its next phase.

Tailleferd talked about her move to Tinyclues: “I am thrilled to have joined the Tinyclues team at such an exciting time in its development. I’m already making moves to grow the marketing team and I’m looking for a senior product marketing person right now!”

Her move to Tinyclues reflects her strong desire to be part of the vibrant Paris start-up scene and her fascination with artificial intelligence and data science. She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience racked up in marketing in the software industry.

Tailleferd has a Masters in Marketing Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Her passion is for Big Data, IOT and its applications, including those relevant to marketing.

Founder and CEO David Bessis commented on recent appointments: “Our recent hiring spree has seen several senior executives join the Tinyclues family. We are delighted to make two critical appointments with Olivier Cuzacq joining us as VP Product a few months ago and Caroline Tailleferd also stepping up to the VP Marketing role. And we’re not stopping there. We have more great hires in the pipeline, so watch this space!”
