Power 2016 U.S. Self-Directed Investor Satisfaction StudySM released today. Scottrade achieved the highest scores in satisfaction with Interaction, Account Information and Trading Charges and Fees. In Overall Satisfaction, Scottrade ranks 36 points higher than the industry average.
