As Managing Director, Hume will be responsible for leading all aspects of Active’s business in Chile, including day-to-day operations, sales and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Active International, Hume was a founding partner and general manager of Trade Network, a corporate trade company based in Chile. In this role, Hume oversaw end-to-end business operations and developed a deep skill set in sales, negotiations, stock management, and team and business leadership. As a result of her work with Trade Network, Hume was honored as the Young Women Entrepreneur of the Year by Mujeres Empresarias de Chile.
