MORROW, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15th 2016, U.S. Properties Group (USPG) has completed its extensive makeover of the Morrow, GA retail corridor. With extensive building, parking lot and landscape upgrades, the former Southlake Pavilion is now The Shoppes at Morrow Station. The Shoppes at Morrow Station is comprised of more than 485,685 square feet of retail space. With this renovation, USPG anticipates demand for space in the project to increase. The opening of NUM DAE MUN is expected in early summer 2016. NUM DAE MUN is a Farmers Market Super Center with a massive array of product lines and discount pricing, and replaces the 100,000 square foot vacant Target. This will be a substantial traffic generator to The Shoppes at Morrow Station, as it sits in the same parking lot adjoining the newly renovated Ashley Furniture store. The Ashley store has increased its product line with its complete renovation and includes an outlet type center. In addition, The Shoppes at Morrow Station has seen key lease renewals since the upgrades began including Ross Stores, Party City, and Barnes & Noble, among others.
With its new name and prime placement in the Morrow retail corridor, The Shoppes at Morrow Station has prime retail space available and offers an A+ location with high visibility, prime signage, favorable rents, and Interstate 75 signage availability for anchor tenants.
