CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prism Healthcare Partners LTD, a national healthcare management consulting firm, today announced enhancements to its senior leadership team. Mukesh Gangwal has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer, and Bradley Fetters has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Gangwal and Fetters will work with David Shade, who will remain actively involved in the firm as Chairman. Gangwal and Fetters will continue in their client service roles in addition to their firm-wide leadership responsibilities.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Gangwal will drive Prism’s strategy, cultivate its client base, manage economics and oversee staff. He joined Prism in 2013 as Managing Partner after leadership positions at several global consulting firms. Gangwal has spent a significant portion of his 30 year career advising boards and executives on performance improvement-related subjects. He has led initiatives with sophisticated clients, developing cutting-edge solutions to the issues challenging the healthcare industry, including system effectiveness and revenue cycle optimization. Gangwal will continue to lead Prism’s revenue cycle service line and maintain active involvement in client engagements.
As Chief Operating Officer, Fetters will manage firm operations, execute Prism’s sales and marketing strategy and direct service line development. Fetters quickly rose to Managing Partner after joining Prism in 2013. He previously held leadership roles with major consulting firms and healthcare providers. With over 20 years of experience, Fetters is nationally recognized as an expert in workforce management and optimization. He will continue to steer Prism’s workforce services and lead client projects across the country.
Over his 40 year career, Shade has served as Partner, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President and/or Board Chair for six different consulting firms. Shade co-founded Prism Healthcare Partners in 2013. Under his leadership, Prism has experienced explosive growth and developed a broad portfolio of market-driven services to meet the needs of its diverse and expanding base of healthcare provider clients. As Chairman, Shade will oversee policy and direction at the Prism Board level, focus on creating value for the firm, its clients and staff, and provide continued guidance to Gangwal and Fetters.
