Launched in early 2015, the CyrusOne customer portal provides customers with convenient and immediate access to key information about their data center environment, product ordering capabilities, access management, and CyrusOne customer support services.

The portal enables customers to manage a myriad of activities, including placing product orders via an e-commerce style interface, monitoring management of electronic badge holders, observing visitor reservations in the “rapid entry” system, obtaining full visibility to check-in/check-out activity, downloading the latest compliance reports and certifications, and viewing upcoming maintenance schedules as well as managing subscriptions to service notifications.
