LOS GATOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Infogain Corporation, a global business and IT consulting leader, today announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Blue Star Infotech’s IT operations following its entry into a definitive purchase agreement on September 29, 2015. Under the agreement, Infogain and Blue Star Infotech are combined under Infogain, and at closing, the combined entity will have close to 4,000 employees and nine delivery locations globally.

Sunil Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Blue Star Infotech Ltd., will join Infogain’s management team as its CEO designate, and will assume responsibilities as CEO of the combined entity on July 1, 2016. At that time, Kapil Nanda will transition to his role as full-time Executive Chairman.
