Canadian Retailer Creates Digital In-Store Experiences to Drive Data Collection and Increase Per Shopper Revenue

Their expansion from strictly digital into pop-up shops and physical retail spaces signifies the brand's desire to engage customers beyond their computer screen. CloudTags’ technology will increase customer identification, activate predictive intelligence based on online shopper profiles, and trigger in-store remarketing tactics to continue the conversation with the shopper online post-visit.

With no sign-up, sign-in or download, customers are offered the BRIKA-branded tablets while in-store to explore, learn and curate by simply tapping products in the store. At the end of the session, they can opt-in to receive their collection and store data via email. Shoppers receive the seamless online experience they are familiar with, accompanied by all the tangible benefits of a physical location in BRIKA’s beautiful new space. BRIKA will receive actionable insights, critical to understanding their expanded audience, and be able to engage with their community of Makers, in which they so passionately believe.
