MARSHALL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schwan Food Company announced today the appointment of Jay Lund to the company’s board of directors.
Lund is currently chairman, president and CEO of Andersen Corporation, the largest window and door manufacturer in North America. He first joined Andersen Corporation in 1985 and has held positions in information technology, marketing, sales, distribution, logistics and general management. He was named president and CEO of Andersen Corporation in 2011 and chairman of the board in 2013.

Lund earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn.
