EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Matthews Retail Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate brokerage company that specializes in retail investment properties, announces the appointment of Radoslav (Raddie) Zlatkov as its Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO). Zlatkov joined the firm in July and reports to Kyle Matthews, the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Zlatkov brings more than a decade of financial management and operational experience. As Director of Finance for Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., he helped grow the company from $500 million to over $4.5 billion. As Senior Director of Finance for SharkNinja, a private Boston-based consumer products company, he managed budgets of more than $1.5 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a dual concentration in Investments & Financial Markets and Real Estate Finance.
In his role at Matthews Retail Group Inc., Zlatkov will provide leadership to drive profitable growth, head strategic planning, manage treasury, oversee financial analysis and underwriting. In addition, he will be responsible for directing business operations.
