LONGMONT, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Commercial imagery intelligence company AllSource Analysis today appointed Ryan Carr as chief financial officer.
In addition to enhancing its management team with a seasoned finance pro, the Longmont startup is leveraging Carr’s Wall Street connections to help introduce the company’s analytic product offerings to professional investors and trading operations looking for a competitive edge with satellite imagery intelligence.
Carr has extensive fund management experience, having served as senior portfolio manager at Oppenheimer & Co., and as architect of the firm’s small-cap equity product line. He was instrumental in growing accounts to over $300 million during his tenure from 1995 to 2007. Carr founded and was the Chief Investment Officer of Sparta Asset Management in 2007, where assets grew to over $650 million by 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington.
“Having Ryan’s expertise and connections on our executive leadership team are rare advantages for a new company,” said AllSource CEO Stephen Wood. “His track record is well known nationally, and his involvement is testament to the value we’re poised to bring to clients in the financial sector, one of our key vertical markets.”
