Stevens, APR+M of Stevens Strategic Communications (www.stevensstrategic.com) of Cleveland, Ohio, as president. Stevens will lead the worldwide network of 45 independently owned public relations agencies on six continents. He takes over the helm from Uwe Schmidt of Hamburg, Germany-based PR firm Industrie-Contact (www.ic-gruppe.com).
