Statement from ASRR Capital Chairman of the Board, Alex Sapir, Regarding NOMO SOHO Hotel

NEW YORK--()--Alex Sapir, President of The Sapir Organization and Chairman of the Board of ASRR Capital, Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen’s publicly traded Israeli company, released a statement today regarding the legal proceedings involving the NOMO SOHO Hotel.

“The court rulings this week refer further proceedings to Justice Marks, before whom we are scheduled to appear next week. We intend to seek an order directing Morgans to leave the hotel we own, which we believe they now occupy unlawfully.

When ownership gains control over its property, as we are confident we will, NOMO SOHO will become one of the most exciting hotels in NYC and we look forward to opening our doors in Soho. We are currently searching for a location in Miami Beach and London for more iconic hotels for our new brand

Morgans’ claim that ownership acted improperly when seeking to remove them from our property is itself improper and we intend to hold Morgans fully liable for its acts and conduct.”
