Aaron Ball Joins New York Life as Business Leader of Long-Term Care

NEW YORK--()--New York Life today announced that Aaron Ball has joined New York Life as vice president and leader of the company’s Long-Term Care Insurance business based in Austin, Texas. He reports to Craig DeSanto, senior vice president of Life Insurance and Long-Term Care. Mr. Ball will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Long-Term Care business, including all facets of product development and marketing.

Mr. Ball joins New York Life from Genworth where he spent 12 years, most recently as the head of product and inforce for their long-term care business. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and general counsel, Insurance Products. Before joining Genworth, Mr. Ball held senior legal and compliance roles at AmSouth Investment Services and M&T Brokerage. Mr. Ball earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and a JD from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Ball is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He and his family are relocating to Austin.
