AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TomTom (TOM2) will deliver Maps and Navigation software to Fiat/Chrysler in Latin America. The UconnectTM Touch Nav 5" was launched in Brazil in February 2015 with the new Bravo model under the Fiat Brand. The rollout to other Latin American countries will continue during 2015.
The UconnectTM Touch Nav 5" is a modern infotainment system that offers a unique experience in entertainment and GPS navigation. In addition to voice guidance and LCD screen, drivers can customise various functions to start browsing quickly and easily. Finding a destination has never been so convenient and secure. In Brazil, Fiat drivers will benefit from one of the most extensive map coverages available today in the country, combined with TomTom’s market-leading core navigation engine, brought together in the comfort of a factory-fitted, embedded infotainment system.
TomTom is a leading supplier of connected navigation components (digital maps, navigation software, real-time services) for the global automotive industry and a key long-time partner of the FCA group, having successfully delivered several navigation products in the past.
