Each has more than 15 years experience in M&A, debt & equity securities, and corporate and international banking. Based in Chicago, Charles Baker represents SRS|Acquiom in the Midwest. Most recently, Charles was Vice President, Business Development at BNY Mellon where he assisted corporate, insurance, and private equity clients, along with their attorneys and investment banking partners with capital markets transactions, including M&A transactions, escrows, paying agency, collateral and trustee services. Charles holds degrees from Florida State University and DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Roy Marmelo is based in New York and covers the New York Metropolitan area. Prior to joining SRS|Acquiom, he was a Regional Director at Citibank's Institutional Clients Group-Capital Markets Division, responsible for sales and client management positions providing capital markets services for debt & equity issuers globally. Earlier in Roy’s career, he spent nine years with JPMorgan’s Treasury & Securities Services Division supporting institutional investors, issuers and intermediaries. Roy graduated from Northeastern University.

Charles and Roy are the most recent additions to the expert team being assembled by Alex Tsarnas.
