WAUKESHA, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--V&L Tool announced today that it has been acquired by local business executive Kevin Seiberlich and partner Hamilton Henry Capital in a deal completed September 10. V&L Tool Inc. is a team of more than 65 employees who are leaders in advanced machining and complex assemblies. The company expects to increase its workforce by 20% in the coming quarters due to growth from new and existing clients.

V&L Tool provides cost effective solutions for customers throughout the entire product life cycle, from design and prototype work to manufacturing and shipping world-class finished products. The company’s main facility boasts 150,000 sq. feet of space for CNC manufacturing and assembly in a variety of industries including advanced medical equipment, power generation, manufacturing, hydraulics and agriculture.

Financial terms of the deal were not announced, however as part of the transaction, Seiberlich will retain his role as chief executive of Optimus Financial Services, LLC, while serving as president and CEO of V&L. Senior financing was provided by Waukesha State Bank.
