BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HighRoads®, the industry leader in plan management and benefits compliance, today announced that Cathy Chiang has joined the company as senior vice president of payer strategy. An accomplished IT executive, Chiang will take a leadership role as the company continues to grow and expand its SaaS-based products.
Chiang joins HighRoads from Pegasystems, where she was a senior director of Healthcare Solutions Development & Consulting. She is an expert in the development, sales and support of enterprise health care solutions. In her 17 years with Pegasystems, Chiang held roles of director of enablement, director of North America sales consulting, solution consultant, solution engineer and frameworks business architect.

Chiang’s hiring comes as HighRoads prepares to showcase its enterprise product and plan management solution at Dreamforce ’14 in San Francisco Oct. 13-16. HighRoads’ newly released sales enablement features help payers increase speed to market through self-service plan configuration, push-button document generation and compliant distribution capabilities.

Prior to Pegasystems, Chiang worked at Fidelity Investments. Chiang has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Purdue University.
