PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avidbank Holdings, Inc., parent company of Avidbank, today announced that Michael F. Rosinus has joined the Board of Directors.
Mr. Rosinus serves as a Senior Advisor to Tricadia Capital Management, LLC focusing on investments in community banking and other financial services. He is also founder of TRF Partners, LLC a co-general partner of PTMR Capital Partners LP – a fund affiliated with Performance Trust Investment Advisors making equity investments in community banks. He has been investing in community banks since 1998. Prior to TRF Partners, LLC and PTMR Capital Partners LP, he made investments through Lightyear Capital and Tiedemann Rosinus, LP. Mr. Rosinus is also a director of Cordia Bancorp and Bank of Virginia.
Before joining Tiedemann, Mr. Rosinus was employed in the banking industry for 18 years, serving as the Chief Lending Officer for M&T Bank in New York City and subsequently the Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Banking Division for Citibank in Chicago. Mr. Rosinus also served as a director of Sun American Bancorp from October of 2005 to May of 2009. He received his BA from Hamilton College and MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
