MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dairy Queen® fans have until July 31 to enter the “Bring Home the Bacon” sweepstakes for a chance to take home $5,000 just by emailing copies of receipts for the purchase of five Bacon Cheeseburger $5 Buck Lunches, along with their name and contact information to baconcheeseburger@dq5bucklunch.com.
The Dairy Queen® system, a Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A and BRK.B) company, launched the sweepstakes to celebrate the new Bacon Cheeseburger $5 Buck Lunch available in July.
One randomly selected grand-prize winner will be awarded $5,000. Second prize receives a $5 Buck Lunch per week for a year (a $260 DQ gift card) and third prize receives one $5 Buck Lunch per month for a year (a $60 DQ gift card). For complete rules, visit DQ.com/contest.
The DQ $5 Buck Lunch is available daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at participating locations. Fans have a choice of a Bacon Cheeseburger, 3-piece Chicken Strip Lunch, Chili Cheese Dog or a ¼ lb. GrillBurger™ with Cheese, which are all served with fries, a beverage and choice of a sundae. For just $1 more, fans also will have the option to upgrade their small sundae to a small Blizzard® Treat, such as Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Pie, the featured Blizzard of the Month for July.
