MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Radisson®, one of the best-recognized and most fully refreshed hotel brands in North America, invites consumers to participate in “Radisson for Life,” a consumer campaign that will award one lucky winner with free hotel stays for life at any Radisson hotel. Radisson for Life celebrates the near completion of a robust, multi-million dollar brand-wide endeavor to renovate and refresh the brand’s North American portfolio.
“We are launching the Radisson for Life sweepstakes as a way to celebrate the growing strength of the Radisson brand,” says Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Radisson. “Our goal is to provide an exclusive opportunity that creates a renewed excitement for the exceptional hotels, amenities and Yes I Can!sm service associated with the Radisson brand.”
Radisson for Life takes place now through Sunday, August 17, 2014. Consumers can sign up by visiting www.radissonforlife.com. Entrants can also participate in a Weekly #Challenge for the opportunity to earn an additional entry per week. The Weekly #Challenges include taking a photo or a short video featuring the week’s theme, such as showcasing something green and using the hashtag ‘#greenwithenvypromo.’ Upon the contest’s completion in mid-August, Radisson will randomly select one lucky winner, who will receive five complimentary overnight stays per year at any Radisson hotel. In lieu of a complimentary stay for a lifetime, the winner can elect to have the dollar value of the prize donated to charity.
Radisson has a strong commitment to responsible business and invites guests to participate in its efforts through its Spread the Love charity program. Through this program, guests have the option to donate to World Childhood Foundation or a hotel’s local charity of choice. True to the Spread the Love spirit, the winner of Radisson for Life has the option to have the full valuation of the prize donated to charity.
More than 75 percent of the Radisson portfolio in North America has completed property improvement plans. Radisson’s multi-hotel renovations focus on improved guest elements including guestrooms, lobbies, common areas, meeting space, and technological enhancements. Renovations at all Radisson hotels are expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
