Kelly manages national relationships for SRS|Acquiom's payment and escrow services. She brings over 15 years of industry experience in sales, client management, and product development.

Prior to joining SRS|Acquiom, Kelly served as Vice President at Wilmington Trust where she was responsible for M&A escrow and payment administration, and product and market development. Kelly was instrumental in launching Wilmington's national M&A product suite. Prior to that, Kelly spent 13 years at Wells Fargo, including serving as Vice President and national product manager for the bank’s merger and acquisition escrow and payment services.
