PrimeSport, backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (“Clearlake”), is the leader in providing direct access to the biggest sporting events on the planet, offering tickets, travel, hospitality, and VIP experiences for corporations, professional sports teams and fans. Sam Soni will continue to lead PrimeSport as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Walker brings more than 25 years of professional sports franchise and collegiate athletic event management and business development experience to PrimeSport. He most recently served as President and CEO of Tickets.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Major League Baseball Advanced Media. Under Walker’s leadership, Tickets.com increased its client base in horse racing, the EPL and MLB, while developing industry leading technology in the areas of mobile and digital ticketing. Prior to joining Tickets.com, he served as senior vice president of business development for the NBA's Phoenix Suns and US Airways Center.
