Boncz’s session will detail how the new offering on the Actian Analytics Platform makes the most efficient X100 analytical query engine accessible in Hadoop. Boncz, architect of the transformational MonetDB and X100 Vectorwise databases, explains design goals and features of this offering, which uses HDFS native storage and Hadoop clusters for storing, updating and querying huge databases.
