Better ATM Services Announces Senior Leadership Changes

Silicon Valley Veterans Will Facilitate Aggressive Market Adoption, Expansion and Revenue Growth

MESA, Ariz.--()--Better ATM Services (www.betteratmservices.com), a technology innovator in the ATM and prepaid industries, today announced changes to its leadership team to accelerate the company's plan for profitable growth.

Effective immediately, Howard Green will assume the role of Acting President and Chief Executive Officer. He will be leading Better ATM Services' next phase of growth with a particular focus on go-to-market strategies, creating new product commercialization opportunities and expanding leadership resources. In addition, technology industry standouts Mark Olson and Dan Perez are joining Better ATM Services' Board of Directors. Current President and CEO Todd Nuttall will assume the role of EVP, Enabling Technologies.

Commenting on the leadership changes, Todd Nuttall said, "Better ATM Services' strategic plan has always envisioned growth fueled by a high-powered product commercialization team. This allows me to shift my day-to-day focus towards our continuing technology innovation efforts that have established Better ATM Services as the recognized authority on ATM-issued prepaid technologies."

Howard Green has held numerous senior executive and leadership roles, which have been distinguished by his successes in technology commercialization as well as building business alliances, market programs, sales pipelines, and profitability. Green productized and launched Apple's initial version of FaceTime and speech products as Divisional General Manager for global product management and engineering. He was part of the Apple team that created franchise markets in QuickTime streaming, desktop engineering, and U.S. small business. He has held senior leadership positions with responsibility for three venture backed start-ups with favorable exits. In addition, Green has provided executive level consulting for clients including Intel, SRI International, Interval Research (a Paul Allen venture), Nokia, Solectron (now Flextronics), SanDisk, and a number of early stage companies. He authored Sprint's first marketing plan and led market development at IBM for Southeast Asia.

Mark Olson is a Silicon Valley veteran who spent more than 25 years with Intel Corporation where he built a reputation for achievement in product development, product management, marketing management and numerous additional management roles. He had a leading role in product definition for many of Intel's peripheral components, which were subsequently integrated into the PC chipset business. Olson drove the data communications strategy that put Intel into the Xerox/DEC/Intel Ethernet consortium that became a commercial success and an industry standard. He played key roles influencing the development of the Microsoft Windows ecosystem and Hollywood’s content support for Intel’s architecture. He subsequently set up and led a multinational managed internet hosting business across Asia. Olson has served on the Board of Directors for the Intel Alumni Network and Wirex Communications.

Dan Perez is a seasoned technology marketing and sales professional with extensive expertise in product development, product demand creation, supply chain strategy development and execution, manufacturing, and corporate leadership. He brings more than 35 years of experience to his position on the Board of Directors. Most recently, Perez founded OnCore Manufacturing Services where, as President and CEO, he grew the company into a global and leading provider of product realization services to the medical device, defense, life science and industrial OEM markets. His corporate experience also includes his position as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, for Solectron Corporation. His responsibilities included demand creation processes, strategic planning, marketing, and market research. While at Solectron, he also served as CAO, Vice President of Supply Chain and General Manager. He helped grow Solectron from $250 million in revenue to $12 billion during his twelve year tenure.
