Ms. Born’s career represents more than 20 years’ experience as a business and community leader. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Seiler LLP, she leads firm-wide strategic planning and operations with a focus on growth and profitability. Lynne also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for Watermark, an executive women’s networking organization in Silicon Valley. She holds positions on the CalCPA Succession Planning Committee, the Management Summit for Accounting Firms and the COO Forum as well.
Ms. Born attended Northwestern University and has held positions with law firms Cravath, Swaine and Moore and Howard Rice.
