GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARRAY Information Technology announced today that the U.S. Air Force has awarded the company a task order to sustain two major financial systems for HQ AFMC, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH – Keystone Decision Support System (KDSS) and Command Management System (CMS).
The ARRAY team, including CACI, Inc., brings many years of experience supporting the Air Force mission. As part of the contract, ARRAY will provide a full range of IT support for over 1,600 KDSS and CMS users who support the critical AFMC mission.
The Keystone Decision Support System (KDSS) provides HQ AFMC with a working capital funds financial data warehouse so that the Air Force can forecast, analyze and manage the $20B+ Air Force Working Capital Fund (AFWCF). It also provides budget analysts the ability to quickly and accurately create the AFWCF budget exhibits and inputs to Defense Department's justification for budget development. KDSS is available to support financial personnel for all Air Force bases around the world.
The Command Management System (CMS), with over 1,400 users at five AFMC centers, supports an AFMC balanced strategic plan and identifies additional funding, manpower, and flying hours required to ensure our continued support to the warfighter. CMS provides a foundation to allow AFMC to quickly gather resource requirements and effectively spread the funding among products and services.
