This innovative new product is the first-ever electronic handheld can opener with a unique, patented press function that applies up to 12 pounds of pressure to squeeze and drain liquid out of any can.
The ergonomically designed, cordless No Mess Press™ Can Opener can be held directly over the sink and locks on to any size can to stabilize it and minimize the mess. After opening, and before removing the lid, the press function pushes the lid into the can to squeeze out the liquid. With a slight tilt of the hand, the liquid contents drain out while the lid stays put and the can stays firmly locked into place.
Once the can is opened and drained, it can be unlocked from the unit, but a magnetic disc at the end of the press will hold onto the lid so it can be released directly into the trash – users will never have to touch or cut their hand on a ragged lid again. After use, the magnetic disc can be removed for easy cleaning.
